Homes and commercial buildings across Suffolk County — from a single leak repair in Bay Shore to a full tear-off in Patchogue. No job is too small. Forty-plus years, one family, and a name that's on every job we finish.
What we do
Houses, apartment buildings, storefronts and municipal buildings. From a single leak after a storm to a full tear-off and replacement — plus the flashing, chimney and gutter work that keeps a roof watertight.
Full tear-offs and new roofs on existing homes and new construction, with the deck inspected and repaired before anything goes back on.
Leak tracing, patching and shingle replacement. Most leaks start at flashing and penetrations rather than the open field of the roof — we find the actual source.
Flat and low-slope roofs on decks, dormers, additions and commercial buildings, detailed for standing water and wind uplift.
Chimney repair, step and counter flashing, and servicing every protrusion through the roof — vents, pipes, skylights and hatches.
Clogged gutters back water up under the shingles and rot out the fascia. We clear them and check the runoff path while we're up there.
Rotted fascia board and soffit replaced, and the gutter rehung straight afterward. It's usually the first thing to go once water has been running behind a gutter for a few seasons.
Roof, siding and deck washing to clear the dirt, staining and organic growth that build up over the years.
Treatment and prevention of the moss, algae and fungal growth that thrives in damp shaded areas and shortens a roof's life.
Post-storm inspections, emergency tarping, and the documentation you need when you're filing a claim with your insurer.
Materials
A roof is a system, not a pile of shingles. We work with manufacturers whose products hold up in a coastal wind zone, and we install them the way the manufacturer specifies, because that's what keeps the warranty intact.
Architectural and three-tab shingles from GAF, Owens Corning and TAMKO, installed as a complete system — underlayment, ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, starter strip, ridge cap and ventilation.
Single-ply and modified systems from Firestone Building Products for commercial buildings, apartment blocks, flat roofs, decks and dormers, detailed at every seam, edge and penetration.
Gaco silicone coatings restore an aging flat roof into a seamless waterproof surface — often for a fraction of a tear-off, and without the disruption of one.

GAF vets the contractors it certifies — licensing, insurance and a track record of proper installation. It also means we can offer manufacturer-backed warranty coverage on the systems we install, not just our own workmanship.
Brand names and logos are the property of their respective manufacturers.
Who we work for
Everyday houses, small repairs and big jobs alike. If you're anywhere in Suffolk County, we'll come look at your roof — free, and with no pressure to book anything.
Ranches, capes, colonials and everything in between. Tear-offs, re-roofs, leak repairs, gutters and storm damage, the same as we've done since 1981.
Storefronts, offices, warehouses, apartment and condo buildings. Mostly flat and low-slope systems, scheduled around your tenants and your hours so the business keeps running.
Firehouses, clubhouses, community buildings and other public facilities — work that has to hold up and get inspected.

How it works
Call us or send the form. Tell us the address and what you're seeing.
We inspect the roof in person and give you a written estimate — free, and no pressure.
We book the work around the weather and your schedule, and we tell you up front when we can get to it.
The job gets done, the site gets cleaned up, and you get a roof that keeps the water out.
Licensed & insured
Proper coverage is one of the largest costs this company carries, year in and year out. We carry it anyway, because plenty of roofers don't, and that saving is exactly why their bid can come in under ours. What they're really doing is handing you the risk.
Liability for your property while we're working on it, and compensation coverage for every man we put on your roof. Full policies, current, in the company's name.
An uninsured contractor carries a fraction of our overhead, so of course he can quote less. That discount isn't efficiency. It's the cost of the coverage he didn't buy, moved onto you.
If an uninsured crew member is hurt on your roof, the claim can come back on the homeowner, and your own policy may not cover a worker you didn't know was uninsured. Damage from an uninsured contractor leaves you suing him to get made whole.
We'll have our carrier send you a certificate of insurance naming you as certificate holder — the real document, direct from the insurer. Ask every contractor bidding against us to do the same thing. How quickly they produce it, or don't, will tell you most of what you need to know.
About us
Based in Bohemia, Cee & Gee Roofing Co. Inc. has been roofing Long Island since 1981 — houses and commercial buildings across Suffolk County. We're a family business, not a franchise or a call center. When you call, you talk to someone who has actually been on these roofs.
That longevity is the whole pitch. We know which details fail around here and which ones hold, because we've gone back and repaired plenty of both. Our name is on the work.
